How to use

For the shampoo Wet your hair completely and stop the shower (save 10L of water per minute). Apply one or two pumps to the palm of your hand and smell it. Relax. Make it foam by rubbing it in between your hands. Now apply it at the top of your hair by giving yourself a good two-minute scalp massage using your fingertips. Turn back on the shower and add some water to your hair, then gently massage again with circular movements. This will help your shampoo reach its full potential while improving scalp circulation. Rinse completely. For the conditioner as a conditioner Turn off the shower again and squeeze out excess water. Apply one or two pumps to the palm of your hand, rub your hands together, then run your hands through your hair strands. Use a wide-toothed comb or your fingers to spread the conditioner evenly on your hair. Leave on for at least one minute to get the maximum benefit. Rinse well with warm water and finish by running cool water over your hair for 20 to 30 seconds. For the conditioner as a “Leave-in” After the shower, remove excess water gently with a towel or an old t-shirt, and detangle with a wide-toothed comb. Then apply to your hands a tiny bit (depending on your hair) of conditioner and run your hands in your hair to spread the product evenly. Let hair dry. For conditioner as “Co-wash” Wet your hair well and apply enough product as if you were using regular shampoo. Turn off the shower and save water. Massage your scalp well with the tip of your fingers. Turn your head down for better grasp (you will love this). Rinse well, better than ever. This method will cleanse your scalp and hair without stripping down the hair. Finish the routine by sealing your ends with some more conditioner, and rinse.
