Feel Good Etc. currently ships to the US, Canada, Latin America, Europe, Middle East and Australia.

When will my order ship?

Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.

Ordering takes a few seconds, processing takes 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed after 1 pm ET are processed the next business day. You’ll get a shipment notification e-mail with a tracking number as soon as your package is on the way!

Are Feel Good Etc. products available in retail stores?

Our products are only available for purchase on our website.

Are taxes and duties included in my order total?

Feel Good Etc. is not responsible for any custom or duties fees. Please, check your country’s import rules before placing the order.

What hair types are Feel Good Etc. products suitable for?

Our products are appropriate for all hair types. They’re natural, non-irritating, and paraben free.

How do I place a return or exchange?

We’re sorry you didn’t love your Feel Good Etc. Please reach out to myhair@feelgoodetc.co with your order number and the products you’d like to exchange or return, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What’s your return policy?

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. Your order number must be provided to place a return.

You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. E-mail us at myhair@feelgoodetc.co and we’ll help you place the return.

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
